Dick Woehr felt led of God to start Inter-Church Ministries in 1979 to help encourage local pastors and churches. Since then it has been our mission to help in any way we can. We have held concerts and seminars. We have counseled and prayed. We have helped churches find new homes for songbooks and church instruments. We have helped local congregations set up the pulpit committees, then with pulpit supply while they search for God's man. We have provided resumes and made suggestions about candidates. We have followed up helping churches celebrate their new pastor with installation services. We have sat on ordination boards for establishing God's calling on His men.
The fact is, only YOU know how Inter-Church Ministries can help you. If you've already worked with us we look forward to continuing the relationships God has brought. The Nate Ewer Memorial Book Fund
Nate Ewer loved books. He had a library full of Christian books he picked up at used book stores, yard sales, flea markets - wherever there were books, Nate was always looking for a new addition to his collection. Nate also loved the students at New Brunswick Bible Institute. He let it be known that if a student couldn't afford their books for the semester, he would check his library to see if he had the proper textbook to send along. If not, he would pay for the books himself
After his passing, Betty carried on the tradition and Inter-Church Ministries partnered with her by starting the Nate Ewer Memorial Book Fund. We will continue this as long as there remain funds in the account.
